Dinner With Friends, written by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Donald Margulies, is a sharp, poignant, and darkly humorous exploration of friendship, love, and the complexities of modern relationships.
Two married couples have been best friends for years. When Gabe and Karen find their marriage shaken by the dissolution of Tom and Beth’s marriage, their worlds are turned upside down. This multi-layered comedy-drama reveals the delicate balance between affection, betrayal, and the expectations we place on those we love. Winner of the 2000 Pulitzer Prize, Dinner With Friends is a beautifully written, emotionally resonant play that delves into the vulnerability of human connections.
Marking the directorial debut of Kirrily Annalise, this production offers a warm reflection on the ties that bind – and sometimes break – us. Running time 2 hours with interval.
